It is the ideal place to spend your relaxing holidays and at the same time a perfect starting point for the most famous ligurian destinations, a few kilometers from Genoa, Portofino and the Five Lands. It’s strategic position offers the possibility to feel free to move either on foot or by car, and furthermore it is close enough to all the facilities and the entertainment attractions.
Chiavari’s center and the main supermarkets are reachable by car in a few minutes. Villa Gigina is 1 km from the beaches, which are mainly pebble beaches, and 1,5 km from Lavagna and its sandy and pebble beaches. The villa has a comfortable private parking available inside the property. You can also benefit from a private outdoors parking next to the apartments.
